The ACTUAL buyer Mr. Jose Padilla has finally responded to me. We have agreed he take the dispute off and I will ship him the harness and send him the $10 to buy the sleeve.
There were some complications during the shipping process that were NOT MY FAULT, thanks USPS.

HIM: havent been on the computer. sorry bro. I been waiting since the 12th man, and i finnaly get it and there is no mounting sleve or wiring harness, which would have been fine if you didnt tell me you did have them, i will be glad to lift the claim, and there is no need to refund me the $10 dollars as long as i get the Wiring harness, and mounting sleve.
ME: I don't have the mounting sleeve, I thought I did I apologize for that so that is why I will refund you the $10 and then ship you out the harness in the morning via USPS Priority Mail.
Sorry for this issue, I just seen the dispute and wasn't thinking clearly and automatically got upset and was like wtf!
Will resolve this issue. If you wouldn't mind to do so, I will post in the thread I made and would like for you to post saying you AGREE to the arrangements being made on both parties(you and I).

edIT: Mr. Padilla in order for me to send you the $10 you gotta cancel the dispute for this to happen. Will have harness shipped in the morning and will post tracking number in THIS thread and as well in a pm.
