The sleeve? I will not refund you $23 for false claims(claiming to not have wire harness and sleeve). I will do $10 to get a 'sleeve'. You don't need it really anyway. Had it in my blazer and it fit nice and tight and did not slip n slide all over.

I will settle to giving you back $10 but not $23. This is bullshit dude.

WOW just made a total *** of myself. I SWORE i put the harness in the packaging. I have the harness in my hands right now. I will ship it to you in the morning and refund you $10 via paypal for the sleeve.

Honest mistake man, god i feel like a *******!!!

edIT: Wish you would have messaged me about the situation before opening a dispute on paypal and putting me in the negative. I pm'd you what I will do and thats my best offer.

I do my best to make my buyers happy. I just don't recall him asking about the sleeve part though or I would have said no I don't have it. I will ship buyer the harness at my expense and soon as he closes the dispute he opened on paypal before confronting me about the matter then I will refund him $10 for a sleeve.

Yeah, but he has yet to reply to ANY pm's since the unit was shipped. Still been better to ask me about the ordeal before doing so, that's what I would have done.

yeah, looks like the buyer should get a bad feedback too. Youre honest, and that says something. I hate it when people file claims or disputes against you before even asking you anything.
