Atomic Loudspeakers....Horrible!!!!!

Every company will run into issues every now and then....and that's ok. But customer service should be the first priority. A customer will even wait 6 months - a year if the company has good service.

I agree 110%, but I doubt everyone would on this board. Service is where its at, even if you sell product that smells like poopoo...

I must say i have had problems with Atomic in the past but they really helped me out of a tight spot in the past week.

I was having my car rebuilt to run in the super street 3-4 class in DB Drag. i was planning on running 4 15" from another company( i was told they would have them in by the beginning of sept. well i called them on sept 1st only to find out the subs would not be in for another month. Well while looking around the shop i noticed there were 4 blown Crossfire XT 15". Crossfire no longer makes recones for the XTs so i called Atomic 1 week before the show. I spoke with Shena and George and the both told me they could recone the subs. I dropped the subs off on a friday and they were ready for me to pick up on thursday they next week. When i picked up the subs they also gave me back a teammates sub they had due to a fight with that teammate about 2 years ago. The subs they reconed for me worked very well. i did not have any problems due to the subs all weekend(i even ran bassrace with over 2200 watts per sub. The subs were also louder with the atomic recones on them then with the crossfire recones.
