So I finally did some testing on my subs. 2 of the l7's are on the atomic and 2 on the PA. There is just no comparison the atomic has to have the gains almost to nothing to avoid totally shredding the pair its on. The PA has to be cranked wide open and the subs need more. Just once again shows the difference between a quality amp and a cheaper one even if the wattage looks the same.

good to see that. there definitely is a difference between quality in my own experiences with PA, SPL, and so on compared to real amps.

I Got An Atomic 3000.1 Wired Down To .5ohm On A Solo X 18 And I Cant Go Full Tilt For Than 30sec Without The Subs Starting To Smell The Amp Doesnt Even Go Hot

I'm pretty sure Power Acoustik doesn't make a true 3kwatt amp. They are rated in "Max" watts.

yeah, I thought it was pretty well understood the a3000dB is around 2k. I think it's only rated at 2300.

no comparison in quality or price there the atomic should stand on top. about the gain settings some amps really need input voltage to make powar!
