Atomic 3000.1 vs Sundown Saz3000d

ok i cant find much info on the power output on the atomic but both these amps are zenon based and the boards look EXACTLY the same so i wonder if they are in fact just alike and if the power output is the same cuz that saz3000d test output on their website is beastly for sure!!! any info will be great thanks

I got 5kw+ out of my saz-3000d on 16v

also george woo, owner of atomic is a pain in the butt to deal with so I wont own anything else from them. Ask dbdrag competitors how hard it was to get recones for his subs....

even if they were identical, customer service alone would make me purchase the sundown over the atomic.

Trust me, as a person who had to deal with George and his wife, I would rather use a pyle amp than try to get something warranteed through him...

They look **** near identical to me. Parts and tolerances may be the only differences.

i get where your coming from and for retail price new i would go with sundown any day but for the price i got the atomic for i coudnt turn it down ...not to mention i called atomic earlier and the said a 3000.1 new would cost me about 3900.......i was like wtf!!!!

board wise i havent been close enough to the atomic amp to tell you specifics that are different on the two, but i do know the heat sink in the newest 3000ds is alot more heavy duty than any off the shelf heatsink. The latest revision of the 3000d i believe had 300% surface area to dissipate heat compared to other off the shelf heat sinks.

yes ive checked on the prices lots of places for the 3000d and if i was gonna buy a new 3000 watt amp that would be it for sure!!!
