ATC vs AGU

I have a friend installing an Infinity Basslink this weekend and he picked up two wiring kits from Walmart last night, not knowing which to use. They are Scosche model #'s KPA-8 and KPA-8P. Both are 8 guage, were the same price, and seem to have all the same parts except, one has an ATC fuse holder and the other is AGU. Which is better?

no difference for identical amperage, but the AGU series can fit larger gauges of wire, and take more current.

Thanks. They are both 40amp. It looks like the AGU package also has shielding for the power wire while it is in the engine bay while I can't see the same shielding in the ATC package. I'll recommend he go with the AGU kit and return the other.
