its called the fast lane for a reason. If your going slower than the person behind you move over. I ride peoples *** sometimes then they get over and i go by. Its how it works.

umm its called the passing lane, not the fast lane. The middle lane is for traveling, you pull to the left to pass and are supposed to return. The right lane is for slower vehicles. Some people need to go to drivin school or atleast open a book.
