Assholes who fallow way to close.

In all honesty I cant remember the last time I got tailgated but then I drive with purpose. I never hover next to other cars doing 56 mph in the left lane of the highway for miles. Don't do my right turns 'school-bus style'(at .0001 mph extra wide like Im scared to death even though I'm pulling into an empty parking lot with no pedestrians or obstructions, big pet peave of mine). Dont meander along with lines of angry cars behind me while gabbing on my phone. I dont sit there and gaze at the scenery for another 2 minutes after the light turns green. I stay out of people's way wherever and whenever I can and don't waste the time of whoever's behind me and the tailgating problem seems to handle itself. Something to keep in mind.
You are part of the problem. Join the side of the rightious and fight back at all of these people that are ruining our driving experience! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Its funny how driving in a city changes your driving style. I follow a lot more closely than my friends from rural areas. Why? Because I had to drive for 30 minutes down I-95 every morning during rush hour; if you leave 2 car-lengths open, you will get cut off.

TOTALLY AGREE!

hell yeah, I-95 up here near NY is insane. Once you get used to it you understand it though. These guys talking shit about tailgaters wouldn't last 5 min on 95. Someone would beat the shit out of them and then a cop would give them a ticket for going to slow LMAO

I always noticed when travelling south from Main/New HAmpshire, up until NEw York it's some of the best driving in the country. People pass, they move over and clear the way and stay out of eachother's way. There is no weaving in and out because there is no idiot doing 54 mph on the left talking on the cell phone ignoring everybody whose waiting for him to move over. You hit NYC and 'Boom', it all goes to sh!t.

Really? I find NYC and surrounding areas comforting. Even though there's tons of traffic and shitty roads. At least everyone is TRYING to go fast and people are pretty predictable, they're going to go fast as they can.

I'd rather have someone be predictable and on the fast side, then someone driving slow and being unpredictable. I think slow and unpredictable is more dangerous.

Right on with the matched 25mph in front of a speeder. There was this boy who would toss cans at me when I took my tractor down the road, so I ran his *** off the levi last summer. Well, Monday morn about 0745, I saw him behind me, and knew he was late for school. So i bounced into the exact center of the road, and downshifted to 3rd.

30 mins of 4mph and I finally let him go on to school mass late.
