So, when you get that prick that likes to swerve through traffic, and sit on your *** until they turn or can get around, also lets just say this is when you are going between 35-40 in a 35mph zone.

What if you saw a "squirrel" "jump" out in front of your car and had to brake hard in order to keep the little guy alive.. And that person rear ends you? Do they get a ticket for fallowing too close, and does their insurance cover the damages?

How bad of an accident would that be? assuming they would probably be able to brake a little..

depends on how fast their car brakes. I would not try this with a dumptruck behind you

its almost as annoying as when someone pulls up really close behind you on a hill so you have to be super careful with the clutch...

It is always the person who rearends the car in front of them that is at fault.As for the cop issuing a citation is crash dependant as well as osiffer dependant.

i'm pretty sure it's their fault.

If someone is coming up on me quickly at night though i just tap the brakes enough to get the lights to come on. then i listen to their tires squeal like crazy cuz they think i'm stopping lol.

some d-bag passed the car behind me and tried to squeeze in between us in the no passing zone on vicksburg. i made the brake lights come on and he swerved and squealed his tires. it was hilarious.

by the way, if you're in the suburban while doing this, there will be little to no damage to your car haha

they get the ticket since following to close can get them a ticket

if you brake and they hit you they were following to close and failed to brake to avoid an accident.

just hope they have good insurance

i don't get why they do that. I always drive 5 miles over the speed limit, and i still get people in their escalades driving too close to me. Even when we both get a stop sign, i try to speed up to distance myself and they still seem to catch up to me. I don't see what the point of riding somebodies *** for 10 minutes is.
