Good looking box, I have a suggestion though - might want to try 1/4 rounds on all the inside corners of the box.

What kind of fuse setup are you going to run? Being limited to 50 amps worth of fusing makes things fun. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Fusing is going to be the toughest part I shouldn't have too much trouble getting it loud :knock on wood:

Here's the result: 145.8 @ 40hz @ the headrest. I found this weird because my last box peaked around 50-51 hz. I put in/took out corners to see how it would change my score and it pretty much did nothing. I wanted to get my note up but neither corners nor changes in tuning would do it. I also managed to pop my 300a fuse lol.

And popping a 300 amp anl=bad. Though the stock 300 amp ANL that comes with the zx2500 is weak compared to others (even the separate 300 amp kicker ANL's that you can purchase individually)

I wasn't expecting to drop 10hz I may have to do a slightly smaller box to get my note up a bit. Yeah it was the Kicker ANL fuse. I was pretty shocked that I popped it because that fuse has seen a ton of burps back to back.

Not necessarily. From what I've seen nearly every vehicle gains at the headrest by playing/tuning lower.
