He's bluffing the arrest thing! He can't transport you on his bike! He'll have to call in another cop for transport, so he'll have to wait with you on the side of the road until transport gets there. Then he'll have to justify to another cop why he should take a kid to jail for loud music. You can't even be taken to real jail! I say bump it up and call his bluff! That junk won't be on your adult record anyway, so go for it and bump the hell outa that fool!

thats what my mom said, just dont take braodway, lol

and he did have another cop car there for transport already along w/ the tow truck.. he was really going all out

and yes, i know i made a vid while driving, but i was watching on the road and to be honest, i think tyalking on the phone is more dangerous, sooooo

there is construction, and ppl ytelling, i hnestly think my mucis was the least of it

i know i was quite in the wrong, but the fact of the matter was that i was listening to music w/ barly any bass in it, and to be honest it was barly audiable

I bet the people in the area think differently than your inconsiderate ***. It was audible despite what you think. It's all relative. To someone who makes their ear drums bleed and is gradually going deaf, it isn't loud. To a responsible productive member of society it is loud and obnoxious. Get your head out of your ***.
