if you have multiple warnings and fines for it they can arrest you for disturbing the peace or something along those lines im sure.

the cop CAN NOT tell you what you bail would be. thats up to the states attorney to decide and a judge to order it

and YES as sad and retarded as it is

he can arrest you for anything he wants. all he has to do is come up with a reason why.

you asking him if he could really arrest you would be enough for him to do it in your circumstances.

True -- a ticket is more like a courtesy where they do not take you into physical custody.

I have respect for most cops (the ones that are real people and do their job) but then there are the ones who are total chotch-bags and do whatever they want. And x2 on keeping your system...just be smart with it, dont turn it up unless youre certain there arent cops around

indeed.. thats my my buddy said, he said just drive away.. but literally 3 cops drove by after he pulled me over

like, he just comes up to me at stop lights out of the clouds..

and it wasnt loud at all, i was listing to what i got by subliome at liek vol 30 and he said he saw my tailgate shaking from across the street

and i was going to call my dad but he told me if i called him id be takin in on the spot and my gf would have to fend for a ride were his words..

idk, i kno i dont have top sell the stuff, but its just temptaitoon to turn it up..

seriously if you in an area with bicycle cops then its obviously densely populated... you shouldnt be heard for more than 15-20 feet ... i even find it annoying and i like loud music

you look at most cops especially if they are just city cops

most of them were picked on growing up so they now have a gun, badge, and a book of laws to back up whatever they want to do. its a way of payback for all the crap they had happen.

not to mention a city cop is a city cop for a very good reason.

NO OTHER dept. will hire them

most of the time because they arent bright enough to get accepted anywhere worth while

there are some decent ones out there but very hard to come by.
