i asked him if he could honestly arrest me for loud music and his responce was "i can do what ever i want, im a cop"

Find the state code book and ask him to show you what law you are violating. Most states have some "level" that they can cite you for.

Know the law and cite it to him, then tell him you spend alot of time interested in law because of your fathers profession.

Agreed. The best thing you could probably do is know the law and what you are and are not aloud to do so when he does something stupid like that you know your stuff. Don't let a stupid cop punk you.

honestly man its your own fault you got caught. Know when and where to bump. If you live there you know where most the cops hangout. When im driving to my girlfriends I start out about vol 10 thru the neighborhood then get to a low populated road vol goes to 20ish. then there is main street speed limit is 25. Vol goes back down to 10. then becomes a major road going 55 vol goes back up to 25. apparentely even to 16 year old kids in a volvo (who obviously have a history for irresponsibly using their CA equipment), with attorney parents... getting "pulled over" by a bike cop and being set on the curb while the little kid girlfriend was watching, and the HUGE threat of 2-300 dollars,,,, can simply be TOO much to handle. Guess that is what it takes to get one out.

he is 16... it is doubtful he could muster the confidence at that age to make a case for himself in the face of the authroities. Nothing against the OP personally but in most cases a fact.

yeah man, OP is an idiot. you obviously didn't see the reason for the first ticket. you don't get pulled over just for bass. you can get pulled over for having your speakers in general too loud. go sell your equipment, and stay out of the audio game. you're just giving us a bad name with how you are currently showing yourself as you seem to have no respect for the people around you.
