Ariston Speakers

Anyone ever hear of Ariston speakers? My parents own a pair of these and they sound very nice. They must be from the early 90s or something. I'll take a few pics tonight when I get home, but just wondering if anyone knows of this company because I couldn't find them anywhere. Foreign company? Not made anymore? Thanks!!
