ARGH ****ing ebay!

i do in fact have a couple other laptops. i have a toshiba satellite A65-S126. specs are: celeron 2.8 Ghz, 512mb, 60 GB Hard drive, built-in Wifi , CD burner. i can provide pics if you'd like. on tuesday or wednesday i'll be getting in a compaq evo (pentium 4m 1.7, 512mb, 40gb, wifi, cd burner). let me know if you're interested in either one of those.--dustin
Hm... which one to pic. The thing is both of them are selling for the same amount as i bought mine. Should I ask him to send me one of those with alil bit of dough also?

 
Hes been awesome so far but he also sells laptops as a living i was thinking to make it fair since he buys them for half as much as he sells them. Why not send this one back to him and get one of the other ones he has but alil nicer for my problems? is that fair?

it's feasible... .. even more so when you stress the urgency and importance of the reason you bought one from him in the first place... a little extra guilt never hurts in situations like these.

you are not "entitled" to anything... if he wants to sure but all you are entitled to is a full refund and honest apology.. that is fair

 
First off I guarantee you're not a network administrator, your probably a helpdesk tech ora site tech if anything. Im a Network Administrator //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif and I have yet to see anyone in my position without years of expierience and a degree. Secondly if you are working with computers then why havent you figured out which piece of hardware is causing the blue screen? most likley memory or the processor, but could be something as little as the NIC. Now on the Ebay I would demand a refund as he sold it knowing it had problems and withheld the info. I wouldnt trust him again as he has already proven he doesnt care about anything but the sale by lying on the sale.

I am a network administrator have been for a yr and was an ast. since 2002.

I have my CCNA MCSA A+ (not like that matters anymore) and yrs of experince. Shit I could easily get my net+ if i thought that would help any.

If I am sending this thing back I am not gonna touch anything else, im not gonna reformat it, do memory test, or hard drive spin tests to this.

I will NOT mess around with it because later on it could effect me geting my money back. I dont trust ebay sometimes.
