I curently have colored contacts with coppervison (perscription). But I want to go back to clear and I want the best contacts out that you can basicly sleep in. Anyone got any idea? Well I dont need the best but something that will work but wont kill my pocket...

If you're worried about budgeting your sight, then just get glasses. I also don't recommend sleeping in your lenses as you need to remove the proteins and natural debris ( eye "sleep") that can accumulate on them. Trust me, they'll last longer. I use Acuvue II and have a pair of the Nike Amber contacts for tennis and boxing. Good shit.

I've had the same pair of contacts in for 3.5 months straight, slept in them and all.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i have worn contacts for nearly 10 years now. i actually just opened up a new pair as my glasses were hurting my nose. the best i have found is acuvue 2. i use renu solution, softest feeling solution i can find. acuvue 2's are comfortable and i wear them for like 2-3 months, obviously taking them out at night.

-5.0 both eyes.. top that bishes...
focus night and days.. wear for a month (including @ night) and toss them..
my brother is stevie wonder compared to you. i think he was in the 7s or something like that. his glasses make me dizzy at close range, at long range, forget it.

-5.5 right -5.25 left

I use focus as well they work pretty well, but they aren't necessarily meant to be worn for days on end. PV/lemans is right about needing to take them out. I slept in mine too much and scratched my cornea.

yea, they just dont get enough oxygen/eye juice when you sleep with them in. it sucks when they stick to your eyes. then they get all rubbery

focus night and days are made to wear for a month and then toss.. they let in a ton more oxygen thas regular lens...

I wore some accuvue that were meant to be for a week...for like 10 months once.. got a wicked eye infection.. and then they wouldnt give me more cocntacts.. said i had starved my eyes for oxygen.. causing new blood vessels to grow into the cornea to get more oxygen.. They also said that i caused myself to get a astigmatism.. like deformed the shape of the eye from the constant suction..

So after like a year.. i just found a new eye doctor... he suggested the focus night/days.. and i change them when I'm supposed to.. speaking of.. i better do that tonight..

There are a new brand of contacts that are designed to be worn while you sleep. Here is a link I found: Night and Day

My wife has those, she loves them. You wear them for a month straight, without taking them out.

I tried them, felt like my eyes were being assaulted, so I went back to my acuvues.
