Yes, but this comment could be made about a myriad of things. It's maybe new to them.

Just because something is new doesn't mean you have to be a moron.

I'm not exempt, I was stupid when I was younger as well. It's a required phase, it seems. Doesn't make it any less idiotic, though.

not always true, if u only smoke a little every now and then and know when to quite u can actually feel creative and get something done. about the only way I can spend hours on school projects. No I was not on honor roll all the time but I did graduate in the top 1/3 of my class and am know 3rd in my college class at MATC.

im under 18, smoke weed, drink, take x, and bars, and i have have had 2 straight A report cards so far this year, so i dont belive drugs effect the brain at all.
