but its equally sad that there are tons of people voting for his JUST BECAUSE of the color of his skin.

If Obama loses we may see ourself in something very hairy when it comes to race, blacks will cry foul and throw a fit, "racism"(when i say this I mean accidently cutting the black guy at mcdonalds, or not being able to return a black persons stuff at target because they don't have a receipt) will be at an all time high.

McCain has regulated campaign financing (something Obama is having issue with but i doubt you follow) regulated the tobacco industry, he tried to help fix the housing mess in 2005 (can actually pull up a bill he co-sponsered unlike others) He also saved US taxpayers billions and does not do earmarks.

Of course...I have no doubt about it. That isn't a slight against blacks....it is human nature to associate with familiarity. And race is a simple way to associate with others.

Give two whites in a crowd of blacks, and I bet a dollar to your nickel that they try to associate with each other if they are in an unfamiliar setting.

Since McCain has been in politics for the better part of three decades, many problems of his past have already been exposed. Since Obama is relatively new to national politics, it is only natural we are able to discover his transgressions and label them as new findings. Since people have been searching through McCain's closet for quite some time, there aren't too many skeletons to be found.

How does experimenting with drugs make one real?

It's not to say that you have to have dabbled in drugs to be real, but wouldn't you rather take advice on stuff from people with experience? He tried the stuff, it wasn't for him, he moved on. I believe he could talk to a younger generation of people in a "I've been there before" manner rather than talking down on them. The fact that he is not covering it up or letting it define him if real to me.

No. He's simply been egging on a few people but has not in the least bit substantiated on why he would vote for Obama.

Why I will vote for McCain?

1) His moral values or closer to mine than Obama's.

2) I don't feel like having my taxes go up.

3) He realizes that the rich paying 59% of the tax burden of our country is enough and that if they are taxed more, it's us middle and lower class people that will pay it with our jobs (or loss of jobs) and prices on things.

4) He better understands the mindset of certain world leaders.

5) He's not only about his speeches. He has a record to back him up. He has experience and I'll take experienced over rookie just about all the time.

Uhm, where's the part about you saying why McCain and Palin are best suited to run our country for the next 4 years? I am interested as to how you feel that those 2 are the best choice for America. How those two will make enemies allies and reassure the enemies that will always be enemies that we don't play. Or explain to me why that joke of a woman should be #2 in line to push the button.
