So, your implying that marley was banned just for threatening to fight prorabbit.. hmm I dont think so. I am sure that I could bring up many cases were I have been threatened but I dont see that person being banned. But, only because you have the power to ban members did prorabbit have the jurisdiction to ban him..

Threatening a member is simply not tolerated here. It never has been. However, not every post is read by a moderator. If you are threatened by a member just report it and thing will occur to that member regardless of who they are or their reputation on this forum.

He was banned for threatening a forum member. If you are threatened or see someone else threatened and did not report it, how are we to know? We can not read every post on this forum.
