Wow, marley got the hammer...pretty sure that has more to do with the Smitty returning thread than this, though. You don't really get to be away with posting text messages sent to a random phone number listed in a thread.

I'm getting kind of tired hearing this whole "the way things used to be" crud. Reminiscing isn't really getting is anywhere...I have yet to see someone get banned who didn't legitimately do something wrong and, even then, after multiple offenses. People just want to join the hate bandwagon because they think it's cool or something...

I fail to see what I did, but that is fine you are 100% free to you thoughts and choice of where you go for your business. I am not a mod to please everyone, I donate my time to help with this forum and to ensure the rules are followed(or at least with in reason). I don't allow DC Creations and being a moderator to affect one or the other. Those are very separate.

LOL how have I been over moderating? I stick to the rules, I give people the opportunity to post pics with usernames and date before I close the threads, I generally try to delete rather than give infractions etc, but I can change that if you want Marley.

Actually I'll have to tag him so he can see this when he returns from his vacay!

I understand that this is a site that goob pays for, and it is in his authority to not allow certain actions on his website. That said, you are just following the rules, most of the time ( none of us are morally perfect) yet, all of you fail to realize that if you push away all of the members who are experienced then future members will cease to stay because their is no technical help to be had. Your philosophy that we are just single individual members is true, until you start summing up your losses.

There was no issue other then he got an infraction that he deserved for breaking the rules. He was upset about it and decided to no longer post on this forum, though I think that has more to do with the whole Skar situation. Moderators do not have the ability to add/remove vendors here. It is only up to Goob.

Not tolerating bad business practices is one thing, trolling outside the dome is another. I don't think this place is over moderated, I think it was under moderated for too long now people cannot remember what its like to have to follow a very short (in my opinion) list of rules....

1) No ******

2) No N word

3) No trolling outside the dome including tech sections and vendor sections

4) Follow the proper format for classifieds

5) If you have less than 10 iTrader feedback or less than 10 sold to refs you need a picture of the item you are selling with a username and date

6) No dealers without being a supporting vendor.

I believe that pretty much sums it up more or less. At least those are the major rules.

Please give me your "objective" definition of trolling.. I think you will see this is subjective between each mod and each scenario that presents itself
