are these subs worth the price?

got a chance to get 2 mtx 9512's dual 4's for 500$ comes with 2 free boxes for da subs and subs in pretty mint condition and fairly new so is it worth the price or not if not how much would u guys buy em for? also i from hawaii so prices might be a lil higher den for you guys on da mainland!
