are these box specs right?

Im going to get someone to build me a 2.0cu.ft sealed box for my single pg x12d2 sub. Just wanted to know these specs are right so i can just tell them to use these dimensions.

external specs 30w 14h 13d

internal specs 29.25w 13.25h 12.25d

3/4 mdf
