i had problems with a brand new Tc3000 and then had issues with their customer service. In the end, i lost some money and had to sell a blown sub to someone (yes they knew it was blown) and i'll never buy from them again.

ive had good luck with all mine... not had to really deal with customer service too much, though...

EDIT: Should metion- i have 3 5200's, and did have a couple 5400's (just the moters now ) I have dealt with kyle on the custom stuff. thats went well, except it can take a couple days to answer...

Purchased a TC12 OEM from them... I like the product, and I also had to deal with the customer service and that went well also.

I have 2 db-500 12s and I love them.

I believe their RMS ratings are for a 24 hour period... so yeah, they can handle it. My db-500s are rated at 400wrms and I am using a 900 watt Kenwood amp... they can take anything the Kenwood will throw at them.

I recently sold some amps to a guy on this board and he listened to my car... he has heard a lot better stuff than I have, maybe he'll see this thread and comment on my system.

My wife has one 12'' db-500 in a 1.1 3ft sealed on 743 wrms that surprised me.Plays the 20-40hz stuff with authority on this power.This is too much power only when driving it hard for extended lengths of time,(coil smells)otherwise handles it fine with normal levels on music

Ive owned a 3hp and now own a 1k and i love both subs, i havent had a single problem with them.
