Are MB Quart's 6.5 components still oversized???

I'm looking to get a set of MB components. I'm curious if they still make their speakers oversized because the last time I purchased MB's the midwoofer was quite larger than 6.5. So I'm debating between the two below: 6.5 or 5.25 with the 6.5 mounting ring. I'm just looking for something simple, reputable, entry line components. If you have any other suggestions, post it up!

Also, does anyone know if the JL TR650 comes with angle tweeter mounts??
