Are Lanzar or Hifonics amps overated?

lanzar opti's are the only one worth anything. Hifonics are good budget amp, unless you're looking at the XX and XXV lines. Those are probably built better

hifonics amps rate their amps at 14.4v...other rate theirs at 12v. i think some people get it twisted because of this. but hifonics lower lines are solid budget amps...opti's are tight
