Are all Pioneer Wiring harnesses the same?

Im switching out my Pioneer 4800 for a Premier 780. Instead of going through the trouble of connected all the wires again, can i just use the old harness?

They are all not the same but if it plugs in it will work. I cant tell you for sure on those models though.

There is one thing I have a question about. On the wiring harness that came with the 780, the fuse is part of the wiring harness, and not on the headunit. There is also a black box attached to the "Battery" wire. These two things are not on my current wiring harness. Im going to assume that I need this wiring harness for this reason, but I have no idea where to connect this "Battery" wire. Do I just attach it to the yellow battery wire on the car harness?

Just rewire the harness than. The black box is a noise filter. And yes yellow goes to yellow.
