I hooked up an Arc Kar 1000.2T to my 2 12" RE SE's and there's quite a bit of an issue.

There's 2 lights on the amp, one for "Power" and another for "1-Ohm mode" and these 2 lights blink simultaneously. I figured something was wrong with the wiring on the subs to the amp, but I was wrong. Even when the subs aren't wired to the amp, the amp still has those 2 blinking lights.

In the manual it never mentions anything about this.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I checked the ground and power cables and they seem to be fine..
