AQhdc318 + AQ2200 in my 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I don't get why you're talking, you weren't even registered on this website when this build started.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

Just be patient man. They are just giving you shit. Hopefully you didn't blow one of the coils in the break in process. Or it could be the cds you are using were recorded at a low bitrate. Hell I don't know. Just keep working with it.
got no cd player...if i get desperate ill buy the extra wire for my cd changer but i think itll definitly skip since the changer is in the back lol

thats shit that scares me lol but yea near 100% sure but when i go get it metered sometime soon...im gonna get them to look over my whole system
its simple..take the sub out of the box and look at the wires..if the red ones are connected together and so are the white ones...which i think is the color on the 18s for negative are together then the sub is wired to 1 ohm...also its going to be running off my single 1200d then im going to be getting another so i can run 1400 to each coil..out of all this i honestly think the sub is wired to 4 ohms...thats the only other god damn reason its not moving as much

well i always thought movement doesnt really matter, really depends on which song your playing. anyways the sub will get the loudest when its not moving as much...but yea ill definitly double check on that

"Don't believe everything you read on the forum, the only way to know how loud a sub is you have to meter it. How far a sub moves is mostly determined by the frequency played and the box tuning. If you are playing notes at or near box tuning the sub will have very low excursion. High excursion by a sub usually indicates notes/frequency are being played below the box tuning. While this may look impressive it does not mean the sub is louder and the sub is "unloading" which is very bad for the sub.
If you want to find out how loud the sub is have it metered.

You do need to build another box."

just for the some that missed it-it was a few pages back and this might help idk..

anyone every got there system metered or knows what they do???

yea i read that but not every song you played was exactally at 35 hz which would compensate for the minute movement...ive done over a 141 on music with my hdc3 15 when it was just bought and barely broken in...i would love to meter it with about 3k on it

you do kno if u you have a 1200d on a each coil its only gonna be running at 2ohms right? unless you get the d1 coils
