Both seems to be stout amps, i say go with the AQ for more bang for your buck

i have never personally tried out the aq3500, but i can let you know that the 3000d is an amazing machine, excellent build quality, efficiency, and lets not forget the customer service

Its 14.7 with 300 amp alt and mla module. switchable to 15.3 for faster charging.

The AQ3500 is new to the market so there won't be to many reviews.But the 3000 has a very good reputation for being a reliable powerhouse.Both IMPO are great companies with excellant products and would recommend either.But from a price stand point I say go with the AQ.

I have tested both, the Aq out performed in all aspects. Dont flame, I am just giving a honest opinion.

Its More efficient, priced better, I dont know Jacob on that level, I hear his service is exellent, I do know DJ, and have never dealt with a more accomodating manufacturer. I have torture tested it for failure and its bulletproof. Power output on 14.7 its all aq, I have not tested at higher voltages, but hear that the SAZ comes alive at higher voltages, Im sure the AQ would as well. Enjoy whatever you pick, Call both guys, and get some questions awnswered, and then make a informed decesion based upon your needs.
