You really need to ask them or do research on how to set your gains properly and never turn on your bass boost. Whats the size and tuning of your box?

I think its about 3.4 cubes if I remeber tuned to 36hz I belive

Do some simple troubleshooting first.

Check the voltage at the amp to make sure that's good. Unhook the subs and make sure they are ok.

From there, try turning the amp on without the subs hooked up to see if that does anything.

And definitely, DEFINITELY turn off the bass boost. You also need to properly set the gain.

Do these things before calling AQ.
