I'm pretty sure that should be no problem. I killed mine but not due to factory fault. I believe mine died because of too little glue on the spider landing. They didn't like my 5k at .25.

He says they will take a beating. Running them at 2000 watts should be fine if it's clean power!

i think strass has 4 saz1500's on 2 hdc's

i've got a bxi2006 on a single hdc12 at 1ohm, probably seeing aronud 1800w, its my daily setup, but at the same time rarely listen to it above 70% unless im messin with someone, but even when i've got it full tilt, takes it like a champ doesn't smell or heat up at all

Way to many threads on this. Yes they will handle 2k! Ide suggest alum coils though.
