a single set of 0 gauge inputs should be adequate...especially since you should be running at least a second battery in the rear so the distance to the amp would be short also.

In all honestly I feel if DJ is going to do a larger amp make it a 5k amp!! A 2200 to a 5k would be excellent. Why have 3 different amps with close watts? example 1200d,2200d,3500D. I think a 5k would be the perfect wattage for daily and for spl comps. Not to mention theres only so much clean wattage you can get out of an amp with limited power such as the average install.... Id like to see a clipping indicator, 2 sets of 1/0 guage power and ground inputs/8-10 guage speaker inputs as well as being strappable with clear easy to understand instructions. I also wouldnt mind the overkill on the inside wires as well, some amps come with cheesy inside wiring that shouldnt be overlooked. Yea but what happens when the NOOBIXes get there hands on it and think they can run it on a stock electrical?? Im in and DJ knows it.. He is just worried about the fact of people messing them up because they want that power, see the spec and think "Well hell look at the price might as well"?.. You all got to understand that DJ is a cautious Person.. Jer knows him better then I.. I love the concept just would hate to see if foul if someone bought one and try something stupid with it..

Im all for it i just was kinda hoping this would have stayed on the DL a lil bit longer.. Hopefully he will.. I have pics of the 3500 Proto.. 2 of them strapped would be a site..

yeah but having 3500 puts it in between 2 strapped 2200s

I agree with the noob factor, In the average users hands a 5k amp on stock electrical and 4 guage wire would be a warranty nightmare. What most people dont understand is the groundwork that has to be done to run this kind of power. With 1/0 costing $5/ foot at a local shop, and the expense of the extra batteries to feed something like that is more than the average user is willing to shell out after buying the amp. Most people will be stuck on the "it's a 5000 watt amp" and believe it will do wonders all by itself.

I personally would be in for a pair of 4-5K monsters if the price was right.

Its hard to say what i would want out of the high level AQ.. Anyone if them would work.. Its all on DJ.. I know your watching manne chime in feedback this thing..

Either way im setup to run all three of the setups strapped... Well except the 5K which will just take a few more lil things to make that happen..
