Component market is HUGE. There are already tons of options out there.I believe he has a 4X100 watt amp comming soon. Component sets are a possibility (I'm trying to talk him into them as well).
500-550 is kinda low but would be a hell of a deal i say if msrp is anywhere below 900 then it'll be a great deal as they would probably sell between 650-750. Just a guestimateThis would be great, I just put my 2200's in last night and they are BRUTAL! I will be fine tuning today, so it can only get better. If he can do a 3k amp for 500-550 I'd be in.
I was basing it on the sweet deal I got on the 2200's. I am ready to order 2 more.500-550 is kinda low but would be a hell of a deal i say if msrp is anywhere below 900 then it'll be a great deal as they would probably sell between 650-750. Just a guestimate
Yeah those are a great deal, and if you got anymore of a deal than the regular price then thats pretty **** nice, can't beat AQ on pricing at all, especially for product and service you get.I was basing it on the sweet deal I got on the 2200's. I am ready to order 2 more.
the amp we're talking about is 3500w. i know DJ wouldnt waste his time or money making another amp with only 800 more watts.Well if the 2200 is $389 shipped then the 3000 should be around $500 shipped I mean we are only talking about 800 more watts. Tell him to make a amp to compete with the IA 40.1 Hell have him put the same boards in as the 40.1 and sell it at a decent price and people will go crazy as we all know the 40.1 is no longer built
Thats the point I was trying to make about components also.the amp we're talking about is 3500w. i know DJ wouldnt waste his time or money making another amp with only 800 more watts.
id be ALL over this shit. id prefer it even a little larger, but meh. the key is price though. if its priced the same as the competition, i think it would be a waste of time since thats already filled. but if its affordable, IE $550-600+ship BNIB, i would think AQ would pretty much own this niche.

edit: the 40.1 isnt being built anymore? when did this happen? serious question.

I know the 20.1 hasn't been made in a while, well Nick, hasn't put in for any.My bad for some reason I thought we where talking about a 3000 watt amp. The 40.1 hasnt been made in quite awhile, I dont know for sure maybe someone else could answer that for ya.
