because as far as i know there is no insurance or warranty besides the apple care ******** on the iphones, reason why i returned mine because the ****** at the store said there was then i found out after calling att and going back and forth that they didnt offer warranty or insurance

I can get it fro $399 through cingular right now, but if I find a deal, then I'll jump on it.

By the way, your old SLVR is still treating me nice. Just don't want to carry my iPod and my phone in the same pocket anymore
