anyway to hook subs to this receiver and cd changer?

i'v got these two.

is there any way that i could hook up some 12's to it? the 12's are some CVRs that i dont use anymore. what would i need?

An amplifier putting out at least 100w per channel, running each sub off a channel at the minium.

Your reciever already has a crossover (the ".1" in home theater terms), so thats really about it.

i got an amp that does 380 watts @ 2 ohms and the sub ia a dual 4. how do i go about hooking it up?
