static in speakers

i'm getting some static in my tweeters, both left and right. more in the right than left. its pretty much only audible when i put my ear next to the tweeters, but i still want to fix it. still there when i remove rca's. i tried regrounding the HU, no luck. rca's are already grounded. any other suggestions? could it just be that its my HU?

its still there when you remove your rca's. that means its not your headunit. can you hear it when playing music?

barely noticeable, but its still there when music's played. still only heard when my ears next to the tweeter though.
