I am new to this car audio thing and just wanted someone to look over my proposed setup to see if anything is wrong or out of place with it from a technical standpoint.

I think I might need a different amp because I don't think the MB DSC 4125 can do a 350 L/P. But other than that, is anything wrong with it?
