Anyone with Tempest knowledge.

Alright I have decided on getting the Tempest. My box is a 4.5 cuft. box, I need your help, what size ( L x W ) should i cut the port. I want it to be tuned at about 40hz. ALSO, I currently have a jbl600.1 but want to upgrade it to at least match the rms of the Tempest ( 750w RMS ). So I was wondering what a good amp would be, maybe the Cadence Z9000? It does 800w x 1 @ 4 ohm.
