anyone with exhaust on a 4cyclinder?

Get an intake if you want a deeper sound.

I have an intake and header with a cat delete pipe on my Civic and it sounds mean. You will also increase milage by improving intake and exhaust. I eventually want to get a nicer header and do a full 2.25" exhaust from the header back, but keep my stock muffler because I can't stand fart can mufflers.

I usually go to the shop and look at the mufflers when picking one out. I usually make a fist and try to fist fuck it, if I can't fit my entire fist in there and wiggle it around without any lube I know I need to go biggar!!!!

its not worth the money for the exhaust? I should just leave everything stock and hope thats the best mpg i can possibly get?

I think if you look at the savings on gas, it will take you a really long time to make up the expense.

I doubt exhaust will do anything for you, my suggestion would be take it as easy as you can on the gas. I notice a drastic change between my flying 85 on the highway to work and going 55-65.

my roommate has straight pipes on his 2006 v6 mustang. no lie it sounds like some sick nasty v8 is under the hood. only problem is there isnt. I know I know I have heard many a v6 cars with exhaust but none that even come close to how sick nasty his sounds

maybe at idle, but anything higher and it turns into @$$

haha i already drive like a 90year old.

I go 5 under the posted limit unless there are cars behind me. If there are cars behind me i go the speed limit and none over. I rarely ever drive on the interstate or really any big highway.
