Anyone use Raptor Wire?

Yes I plan to go with KnuKonceptz wire as soon as the final plans come about. I think Bill might be working on it for me.
The Raptor wire radius is 1/4" while the Kolossus wire has 1/2" radius copper.

I'm sorry, but I've never seen 1/0 that was an inch thick... ever.

Re-read the chapeters about radius and diameter.

DIAMETER is the word you are looking for. Our cable has 1/2 Diameter copper content or 66.885mm^2

From what he described in his measuremnet post, its more like 4 gauge with lots of jacketing. His amps at max can draw over 250A, that would give 4 gauge some troubles or at least a serious loss of voltage due to the high resistance

I've used generic 8 and 4 guage, and Raptor 0 guage. I will say that it does seem a bit overrated, but it's definitely bigger than 2 guage. Thick enough that if you can afford amps that draw more current than it can handle, than you can afford bigger wire, IMO.
