much far? i dont follow...think what you want. limiting yourself to your ego doesn't get you much far tho
much: very; "he was much annoyed"much far? i dont follow...
i believe the word you were looking for is "very". much kindof implies a quantity.much: very; "he was much annoyed" far: at a great distance in time or space or degree; "we come from a far country"; "far corners of the earth"; "the far future"; "a far journey"; "the far side of the road"; "far from the truth"; "far in the future"
hopefully that helps. stay in school...and if you dropped out, hopefully you decide to go back to get your GED
no keep taking it. you want to keep your muscles saturated even when you dont workout. if you were taking like a month or more off i could see stopping, but a week? noAlright guys, sorry to jump into your argument again.. but I got another question... I just found out today that I am going away next week from Monday to Friday... I plan to workout Monday Morning before I go away and then Friday night when I get home... but during the week I won't be able to work out... Should I still continue to take the supplements even though I won't be working out the week?
Basicly, the question is... if you take 1 week off of working out, should you drop the sups too or should you keep taking them to keep a good balance in your body? I don't think I'll need the Glutamine but not sure about the creatine... and for now they're my only 2 sups anyways.
