First of all, how old are you? I cant understand what the hell you're saying.

25 man i havent slepted much this past days first cause i was excited about my subs and last night cause i was mad. oh yah

well last night she called my brother he said she was crying and wanted to get back. so i call her back and ask her whats gonna happen and then she starts getting smart i just told her show up tonight or in the morning or dont show up ever again. im not going to waste my life with her childish games

oh yah last week i paid for her rent and cell phone bill. and this week was her turn to pay my brother 260 but since she decided to be cool and close the debit account and so on so on.i showed her what i was capable off and yes when i am mad i find my ways and made it so today since she gets paid today with direct deposit it withrew 260 and threw it on some other account and make it look like it was for an ebay auction a month a go.

ok heres the simple truth on the matter....in cali the mother or father can take the child and do as they wish.... that being said only if there is no court order.... let me be the first to say welcome to the club....now the choice is to bother with court or no? let me give you some free advice from someone who is there currently and has been there.... Here are some cold hard facts...

CFC....California Family Court

A. If you have a penis your guilty or the ruling will go against you.

B. If the moms not a real authentic crack ***** good luck....

C. If you dont have at least 10 grand to plump into a lawyers lap then dont even bother going.

D. Dont ever believe or think that lawyer costs are recoverable in family court.

E. Your going to be hit with insane child support numbers reguardless of the fact that you already take care of your child and pay for everything they have.

F. Learn what a modifier is and let it be your best friend.

G. Dont play the "ill show them and not comply with the rule" game... specially with child support. You only end up like everyone else being named a "deadbeat daddy" to the world in public and being given a 3 year probation term. sidenote* (they constantly try to add things to original agreements and charge you with violations, no clue why but they love doing this and trying to send you to jailalthough it never works for them they still get to you)

H. Everything i say is true.

I. Good luck...

J. Woman have the right to abuse wellfare and get you in trouble for it even if you have no clue that they are doing it.

K. Find the money for a good lawyer cause the public pretender has the name for a reason.

L. CSS loves to attack good fathers and deem them dead beats for no reason.

N. CSS is child support services

O. No matter what dont call the public defender a **** when you find out she worked a side deal with another case with css to get you the bum wrap behind your back, while the mic is on. It only gets you held in contempt

P. Get a good lawyer cause you most likely will not comply with "O." (i couldnt help myself personally)

Q. Doesnt matter your a male and Guilty as charged.

R. FIST THINGS FIRST get all records from CSS and the DA... they have a bad habbit of keeping bad records. Let your lawyer kill them with this.

S. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS GO WITH A PUBLIC DEFENDER. Robb a liquore store or bank if need be but dont get a public defender.

T. Family court quickly decides it can be criminal court and point finger court. Dont let them get away with this.

U. Dont feel bad it happens to most of us.

V. The dads sit on the right side and moms on the left.... Stick to the right and make friends court is a borring place...

W. shit i dunno im out of stuff i could go on and on but you will learn in time...

Point being... Welcome to the club. Try not to end up in family court its a brutal and bad place to be. With no court order however the mom can do as she wishes.... Also reaize that with no court order you can too do as you wish with your child so if you really are a good father and wish to be the provider and care taker in your childs life then by all means if its best for the child do what you must but realize anything done will take toll on the child and yourself. If you decide to go with a lawyer interview many of them and realize they are all full of BS... they compete for you and view their records in court. See what they win and dont...

none of us are lawyers, so remember that.

having gone thru it also, i can tell you what happened to me.

i went to work one night (been over 10 years now), come home, my wife and child are gone. no contact, cant find out where they are for 3 MONTHS. whoever has PHYSICAL custody of the child, also has LEGAL custody.

i had 2 options:

1. go thru court (we couldnt find her to serve her) and let judge order visitation for you. its a long, long process.

2. call her up, tell her you really miss your child. play on her emotions. tell her you will meet her somewhere just so you can see your child. somewhere like a mall. park your vehicle close to an emergency exit behind one of the stores. when you get the child in your arms, goto that store and walk straight oout the exit, get into your car, and leave. now you have PHYSICAL custody, and theres nothing she can do about it, until she hires a lawyer.

i chose option #2, and have 100% custody of our child to this day. and i live in mississippi, where about 1 in 15,000 fathers get custody...

EDIT: make sure the kid isn't tramatized, this will effect him/her the most. My GF's parents broke up also, they didn't go to court or anything, they just signed the divorce papers and now they live about 10 minutes from each other so they go back and forth, and it was a lot better choice than just going to court paying money and the judge telling them stuff they already knew

I say it depends on the state. My friend has a couple kids by a couple different people. I suggested keeping a reciept for everything in an attempt to obtain custody. I don't know how one would limit child support expense. If he doesn't get custody, I have no idea how to lessen it. Do you have other kids?

If there is already a custodial agreement, I don't think there she can leave or move away to prevent you seeing your child on the required dates. I don't think they would do anything to her, but still....baby mamma drama FTL

coming from a father my only advice is to get off the forum and make calls, lots of calls. start with a non emergency 911 call and if they don't want to help make them tell you who will or who to talk to. i can't even comprehend how you thought asking about your child being kidnapped on a forum who can't even handle mods/ modpowers/scammers and all the other crap would be beneficial. maybe the fact that it took you an hour to come to the realization that your wife had left you even though you were in the same house should let you know that you should start apologizing instead of fighting to get the kid. what if you WERE the sole provider for the child? A kid can do alot in a hours time. If in your position i'd sit down with PEN and PAPER to write out all the things that you screwed up on. probably starting with too much time spent on xbox/car stereo/computer. just a thought cuz from your posts in this thread you don't seem to concerned about the well being of your child but more wanting to do something outta spite. Honestly from your posts' alone i wouldn't let you watch my kid when i went to take a shit.

EDIT: ofcourse these are assumptions and we all know what happens when we make assumptions. but either way i don't think that this forum is where answers should be looked for

i duno man. her sister did the same shit and guess who has custody her boyfreind. i dunno why this stupid ***** tought that maybe she could get away with it.

but last night she called my brother saying she felt sorry i return her call and she thinks its funny and laughing.

so today i tlak to a lawyer and i put a police report so they can put an amber alert on my son. dont ask how or why i did it but i did it **** this ***** i hope she burns in hell

so i was looking through her stuff earlier and i find she has 2 new boxes of patches for not getting pregnant

a month ago she told me she couldnt get them anymore so we couldnt ****. i know theirs condoms but still she did that and it pissed me of when i found the boxes. oh yah and i had a bunch of condoms and every day their would be more and more missing not from use but i tought it was but i didnt **** her 50 times in a month cause thats how mnay i had.

so i got mad and threw away EVERYTHING of hers EVERYTHING. **** this ***** if she was in my face right now i would spit at her. i wish her the worst of luck. i wish she gets in a car accident and dies.
