if she is not the childs mother, and/or you are the primary care giver for the child as in he/she stays w/ you more than 50% of the time i'd say yes you could. my suggestion would be call the police and see what the options are

i would def call the police, see what your options are, but if she took you child and like ran away and not tell u where she is going i would say you could do something about it, but call the police is a must.

Call the police and file a report. Even though nothing is giong to come of it, you have documentation in your favor when you go to court to determine child support (if the kid is hers as well), visitation, and/or a long list of other shit. All about leverage here, sir.

and about her i dunno but everyone in her family is legaly retarted i think its weird that shes not. and i dont mean retarted like they cant talk like retarted where they are just dam dont know the word but enoguh to make them legally retarted

i got a fealing maybe she was. leaves and laughs thinks its funny. her parents live 3 hours away if she decides she wants to drive over their i hope the truck breaks down and she gets stranded on teh grape vine (mountains)

oh yah her sister did the exact same thing but she was married and my ex thinks cause we werent that i cant do anything

but yah her sister after she did it her husband called the cops and he got full custody just for her doing what she did. 2 years later and 15 grand in lawyers and still daughter less LOL ***** got what was coming to her for doing that
