I don't think you have NEARLY enough experience to even consider running your own shop. But more power to you i guess.

i would like to open my own shop...im only 21 and nowhere near ready for it yet. so after i get back from school i'll find a job installing somewhere, anywhere, idont care if it is best buy or circuit city, still will be a job i'll enjoy doing...and then working on the side out of my garage building/installing for people.....then in a couple years hopefully open something of my own //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

you guys make it sound so hard....i did it when i was 19 (but i had 3 people with me) and we did ok considering we had no money to start with....but so long as you have the financial backing everything is possible...if you lived in NY. my family friend is shutting down his shop by demember this year he said....im sure he would sell it...he has been there for atleast 28 years. He had that shop before i was born and is still doing very well.

If you open a "Good" shop carying stuff other than kicker you might have a shot in Miami. Everyone and their mother sells kicker down here. If you carry RE, Adire, Sound Splinter, brands not so readily available you might take alot of business down here.
