Not sure how often he drops by here, but I seen him on Soundillusions.net the other day.. He goes by Below Reality, he's the editor in chief for the Momentum magazine there...

I have been at http://www.soundillusions.net a bit moreso lately. Even so, time constraints have not allowed me to be there or here or anywhere as much as I would like to be right now. Among other things, I am currently building an 88 TBird from the ground up and that is taking up an enormous ammount of time. Between that, work, family, and everything else- sheesh!!! LOL!

As for your specific question, my site is currently down. I am having some issues with the hosting people and I have been working to straighten everything out whenever I am able to get a chance. Right now, it looks as if the first part of next week, everything should be up again.

Yup. Thoreau wrote Walden.

I staggered through that book a few times before I finally got the whole picture.

Very interesting book, and a very interesting man at that.

I'd reccomend his work to anyone looking for a challenging- yet highly detailed style.

LOL, and for people who hate to read...Cliff's Notes kick ***...That was a VERY difficult book...read it in AP English 11.

88 Tbird?! Is it a TC?? The usual over-rated 5.0 or the REAL ford motor, the 2.3T??

My Alchemy's have been gone for a while now; and to be honest- I could give a **** about the stereo now. Too many other things to focus on that are more important.

n2audio- my Tbird is a TC, however the 2.3 is gone. Those little 4's are quite the good engine, however, I have a fresh GT40 302 that I just built that is going in there instead.

A few parts from SVO, Edelbrock, Saleen, K&N, Flowmaster, have allready found thier place on the engine and throughout the car.

I am aiming for about 400 HP at the wheels. Shouldnt be any trouble since the GT40 in stock form was allready cranking out arround 370HP.

I've built many a 302 in my days and after a while, you find a few simple things to do that really aid in making power.

Pics will be up as soon as I am finished with it.

That's cool, but I think it's pretty **** awesome that a 15 yr old 140 cu in motor can get 300+ hp with fairly routine mods. Mine has 193k on it and I have it running better than it did at 30k.

Good luck w 400 on the 5.0
