Anyone see a flaw with this design?

It is for a blazer, sub up and port back. 2.4 cubes tuned to 32.5ish hertz. It has around 37 square inches of port area.

I just did all the calcs and stuff on paper, checked my work with the online box calcs, drew it up in sketch up, and then built it.

Anyone see anything wrong?

I have not put a sub in it yet to try it out. I dont really have time to till I get home for winter break.

Why did you do the port like that instead of L shaped? It seems like you'd loose more sound that way....

Put some 45s in the corners of the port to help the flow. Next time do an L port or side fire it. Blazers like side firing ports.

Too late to put 45s in lol. Well maybe not. I guess i could just slid them in there and tightbond III them there and let the glue dry for forever.

The guy I built it for wanted sub up, port back, and he wanted the box to be underneath the cargo cover. It is sexy as shiot to be honest. I got all the wood cnc cut so everything was a perfect fit. It fit together so well I thought about just using all glue and no screws lol.

I did the zig zag port because an L port would likely hit where the sub cut out was and I guess I just felt like designing something you dont see everyday.

I aint asking for advice lol. Just input. If anyone saw a reason for this to just be a complete failure I wanted to know why lol. That is all.

As said, labyrinth ports look cool, but they are not as efficient as simple L ports. The fewer bends in the port, the better the efficiency. The better the efficiency, the less turbulence and compression. You want that air to have a straight shot to the outside world, so if you can avoid it, use straight ports every time.
