anyone own bearded dragons?

so im thinking about getting one. to those who own them or have owned them , got any tips/pointers? pics? stories? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif ive been reading alot about them online and in the books they have in the pet store so i have a pretty good idea on how to keep em happy. also i have owned numerous snakes and turtles in the past, but these seem to need more maintenance.

also , is there a formula that converts volume to gallons? i need to figure out how big this tank i have is.

one tank is 16-17 gallons and the other around 33.

the smaller should be good for the first 9 months or so, according to the material ive read. eff'in things grow quick...
