As mentioned before, we would be happy to give you a full refund. The manufacture will charge you a 40% restocking fee which will be minused from your refund after we recieve the rims and spinners. Please let me know when you return them, we will be waiting. This is their company policy and we have no say in the matter, deal with them. They have custom drilled these to fit yoru vehicle and have good strong policies which protect them from going bankrupt from fools like you who change their midn.

The manufacturer actually has an excellent customer satisfaction when it comes to the rims fitting the vehicle correctly and being free of manufacture defect. They stand behind the product and satisfy the customer. Unfortunately they don't offer someone to return the wheels who change their mind because they realized they have to pay sales tax which we clearly let them know in our ebay auctions. A customer through ebay who wins an auction, has no difference then a normal person who orders directly through us, same prices, same rules, same warranty and same sales tax. Honestly get lost bro, you bug the shit out of people. I'm making a personal phone call to your parents tonight and notifying them of the legal issues of you not reading the auction carefully and harassing our company. I will tell them your friend Ernesto Rodriquez understood sales tax was added and paid his tax with no tears. From this point on, my company will be charging you for the labor hours it takes to respond to your emails. I pay them $18 per hour to respond to your emails. This will automatically be charged to your credit card everytime we have to pay someone on the clock to baby sit and respond to your tears. No questions, no explanation, just a straight charge right to your card everytime after this email. If you have any disputes, feel free to handle this through court. Later.
My company is charged a seperate sales tax on the rims, and then on the spinner kits we purchase from a seperate company. Also FedEx charges us sales tax to ship your spinners and sales tax to ship your rims. All of this is added together which comes out to the total you were charged. By the way. we have added .05 minute to the time sheet for responding to this email. I will add up all of the time spent and funds we paid resonding to you since it takes you 10 emails for the normal person who it takes one. I will let you know of the total we will be billing you for the emails after you have sent all of them and we will do the math of how much I pay someone to respond to your nonsense.
