anyone here have a 240sx hatchback with a sub?

I was wondering if anyone here has a 240sx hatchback with a sub... because i was wondering how they had it set up... the trunk area is very small, and the box would have to be very stout to fit. Any info would be great.

my friend does, its an 89. he has a 10" w6 v1. he has his sub box mounted onto his rear sway bar with clips that like hang over it. The box is pretty small- so it doesnt really take that much room. he has his amp in the covering to his passenger seat.

u must have a wierd car, cuz the back of those things u can squeeze like 3 cubes out of quite easily. my friend has one back home, when i go down i will see what measurement i can get, but from what i saw they are rather big IMO.

yea, the hatch in my buddies 240 is pretty big.. the box he has right now takes up like no space. 3 cubes should be easy.. im giong to be putting my box in when i get finished with it in his box to see the difference from trunk to hatch.

I had an 89 and I started on a couple fiberglass enclosures. Sold the car before I finished them though. Still have them in my garage. Here is a pic.
