Need help quick!

I recently ordered a setup including 2 10" Pioneer ts -256dvc subs from sonicelectronix.com. They just called me and told me they don't have them in stock but will upgrade to the MA Audio MA 100xe. The subs look vry similar but my question is, if i take the MA's, am I really downgrading from the pioneers or would that be a better buy?

I like MA better, personal preference
